Shipping Information

Order Processing

We strive to process and ship all website orders as promptly as possible, with our goal being to ship them within 5 business days. However, please note that we cannot guarantee this timeframe as there may be certain factors that can cause occasional delays. It's important to consider the following:

  1. Non-Business Days: We observe holidays and weekends as non-business days. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next available business day.
  2. Unforeseeable Circumstances: There may be instances where we are unable to ship orders on within 5 business days due to unforeseeable circumstances. Some examples include:

  • Inclement Weather: During certain months, particularly between June through November, inclement weather conditions such as hurricanes or major storms may affect our shipping operations.
  • Holiday Demand: To ensure your orders arrive in time for the holidays, we may ship on weekends between Black Friday through Christmas to meet the high demand.
  • Forced Government Shutdown: In the event of a government-mandated shutdown, such as due to COVID-19 or any other reason, our operations may be temporarily suspended, impacting order processing and shipping times.
  • Staffing Shortages: Occasionally, we may experience staffing shortages that can affect our ability to process and ship orders within our usual timeframe.

We want to assure you that we are committed to fulfilling your orders as efficiently as possible. In the event of any delays or disruptions, we will strive to keep you informed and provide updates on the status of your order.



SHIPPING 

When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on your location and the shipping options you select.

The shipping date estimates may be displayed on the shipping quotes page, depending on the shipping provider you choose.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the following factors:

  1. Shipping Provider: The selected shipping carrier determines the cost.
  2. Package Weight: The weight of the package influences the shipping rate.
  3. Package Dimensions: The size of the package affects the shipping cost.
  4. Your Location: The destination address impacts the shipping rate.

If you believe that the shipping costs for your order are incorrect based on the items you are purchasing, please contact us with a list of the items or provide a photo of the items in your cart. We will investigate the issue and resolve any discrepancies.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and up to date. All shipments will be sent to the address specified during the checkout process. To ensure timely delivery, it is important to verify that the shipping address is correct.

If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address, please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the delivery address for you. However, once the package has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address.

In the event that a package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can offer a refund for the cost of the items (excluding shipping charges). Alternatively, we can reship the package to you upon payment of the additional shipping fees.
